🚨 Jon Jones calls UFC Heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall a one trick pony and that Aspinall’s wrestling and jiu jitsu is incredibly overrated. Jones says Aspinall has a beautiful one-two combination which he sets up nicely but that’s really about it. Aspinall couldn’t touch Ciryl Gane according to Jones and Gane was just getting warmed up, was touching him and getting comfortable in their bout.

🚨 Jon Jones says Tom Aspinall has a lot of quit in him in that when Aspinall suffered the eye poke against Ciryl Gane, there was no trying to blink it out or anything. Jones also references Aspinall’s fight with Curtis Blaydes when he hurt his knee, there was no limp or trying to get up; immediate quits. Aspinall got submitted via an ankle lock early in his career which Jones also references as a moment when Aspinall didn’t even try to fight it but rather immediately tapped.

🚨 Jon Jones regrets not sharing the cage against the late Anthony ‘Rumble’ Johnson – says he was so respectful yet scary. Jones couldn’t fight because of a hit and run accident which caused him to be stripped of his UFC Light Heavyweight title. At the same time, Jones is glad he got in that incident because Johnson was a scary dude who intimidated him a lot. He admits the fans missed out on a great show.

🚨 Islam Makhachev says he’s going to be strict with his children.

“I’ll be just as strict with my kids as my father was with me. Nowadays these psychologists say you shouldn’t yell at a kid, that you can’t slap them on the backside. They say it damages their psyche. Are Khabib and I psychologically damaged? Both our fathers were very strict. It’s the other way around.”
