The UN refugee agency reports that refugees arriving in Tawila are recounting horrific abuses, including mass executions, r*pe & other atrocities while aid agencies struggle to provide food and shelter. Many children are suffering from severe malnutrition. An estimated 150,000 people remain trapped in el-Fasher, as the RSF denies accusations of ethnically motivated violence against non-Arab populations.
