Dustin Poirier says he’s going to go on steroids after he retires from the UFC. His final bout against Max Holloway is at UFC 318 on July 19, 2025 for the BMF title in New Orleans, LA.

“Listen, I’m getting on steroids. Once USADA stops knocking on my door and I lay the gloves down, I’m getting jacked.”

Belal Muhammad is open to fighting Kamaru Usman, Ian Machado Garry or a rematch with Sean Brady for his next bout.

Arman Tsarukyan picks Islam Makhachev to defeat Ilia Topuria if they fought at UFC 317.

“Islam Makhachev by TKO. That’s a different level fighter.”

Arman Tsarukyan talks about his back injury which caused him to pull out of UFC 311.

“Why does nobody try to interview the doctors and ask what happened? I have a problem with my sciatic nerve so my back was stuck because of this. When I started cutting weight my lower back became weak. You got to be stupid to miss weight after training for six months for a title fight.”

Daniel Cormier says right now, if he had to choose, he’d pick Jon Jones to defeat Tom Aspinall.

“Gun to my head, I would have said Jon Jones will beat him right now. Tom was never pushed to the championship rounds.”

Boxing

Tyson Fury is confused why Jake Paul is calling out Anthony Joshua and Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis.

“How could you call out Anthony Joshua and Gervonta Davis? It’s f**king two ends of the scale. Not sure how that works.”

Tyson Fury calls a Jake Paul bout with Anthony Joshua a 50-50 fight.

“I think it’s a good fight. I think it’s a real 50-50.”

The Republican-controlled House passed the multitrillion-dollar ‘One Big Beautiful Bill’ in a narrow 218-214 vote, meeting Donad Trump’s July 4 deadline. After months of intense negotiations and internal GOP disputes, most Republicans united behind the package with only two dissenting votes. Trump and Speaker Mike Johnson persuaded holdouts to support the bill which includes major tax cuts, increased funding for national security and border enforcement, cuts to Medicaid and food assistance programs, and rollbacks of clean energy tax credits. Trump is expected to sign the bill on Independence Day, marking a significant legislative achievement for the party. He celebrated the bill’s passage and Republican unity publicly, including at a White House signing event and a rally in Iowa. California Governor Gavin Newsom and Former U.S. President Barack Obama react.

Italy has announced plans to issue nearly 500,000 new work visas for non-EU nationals between 2026 and 2028 to address labour shortages and an aging population. Approved by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni’s cabinet, the plan will begin with 164,850 permits in 2026 and builds on a previous expansion that granted over 450,000 permits between 2023 and 2025. This marks Italy’s second major move in three years to expand legal migration routes. At the same time, the government is tightening measures against irregular migration including faster deportations and stricter controls on Mediterranean rescue efforts. The visa expansion targets both skilled and unskilled foreign workers to support Italy’s shrinking workforce.
