The time is ticking for Dana White to complete a fight between Undisputed UFC Heavyweight champion Jon Jones and Interim UFC Heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall. White says he’s ready to scrap it should it not materialize.

“I don’t know. We’ll see how this thing plays out over the next couple of weeks. If we can’t get this fight done, we’ll move on quickly.”

OpenAI has secured a $200M, one-year contract to supply AI tools to the U.S. Defense Department, following its announced collaboration with defense tech firm Anduril on national security projects. This deal comes amid growing involvement of AI companies in defense including Anduril’s $100M contract and partnerships by Anthropic with Palantir and Amazon.

Iran’s armed forces chief of staff, Abdolrahim Mousavi has warned of imminent “punitive operations” against Israel, urging civilians in Tel Aviv and Haifa to evacuate, declaring in a video on state TV.

British lawmakers voted 370 to 137 to prevent women from being prosecuted for having abortions in England and Wales, effectively decriminalizing abortions beyond the current 24-week limit. While women would no longer face legal action, medical professionals involved in later-term procedures could still be prosecuted. This move contrasts sharply with the United States, where the Supreme Court overturned federal abortion rights in 2022, leaving regulations to individual states.
