Dana White says the UFC White House card in June 2026 will have an attendance of under 5,000 people. White says security is a main concern with having people on the White House lawn though there is a park connected to the White House that can have 85,000 people there with big screens; the plan is to also put a stage there and do concerts as well.

“We’re going to take over Washington D.C. that whole week.”

TKO Group Holdings President and COO Mark Shapiro said athletes will enjoy the fruits of the new lucrative $7.7B deal with Paramount. Says the cream of the crop will be paid top dollar and that they don’t hoard money. 

Alex Pereira says getting the rematch with UFC Light Heavyweight champion Magomed Ankalaev was easy and he knew he was going to get it. Pereira wanted to let his body heal from injuries but says Ankalaev has no say in negotiations in that whatever was most convenient for Pereira is what ended up happening.

Donald Trump announced he will posthumously award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated in Utah yesterday. Trump made the announcement during a 9/11 memorial speech at the Pentagon, praising Kirk as a champion of liberty and an inspiration to millions. He offered condolences to Kirk's family and promised a large ceremony for the medal presentation with the date yet to be determined.

The assassin of Charlie Kirk is still at large.
