Arman Tsarukyan is calling for a title eliminator bout with Justin Gaethje. Tsarukyan says Gaethje doesn’t deserve the title fight because he lost to Max Holloway and then beat Rafael Fiziev who stepped in on short notice. Tsarukyan says Gaethje barely won against Fiziev thus given the current situation, it’s not fair and that Gaethje must beat him to fight for the title.

Luke Rockhold has no further plans to compete in Bare Knuckle boxing.

“Bare knuckle boxing is not a fight. I realized I [walked in], I’m not losing my f**king teeth without using everything I’ve worked for my whole life. That’s a dumba** sport.”

Benoit Saint Denis vs Mauricio Ruffy is booked for UFC Paris on September 6, 2025.

Reinier de Ridder is dismissive of Paulo Costa.

Donald Trump announced that the United States will impose a 25% tariff on Indian imports starting August 1, 2025. He also mentioned an additional unspecified penalty on India without providing details. Trump criticized India for its high tariffs, strict trade barriers and close ties with Russia especially regarding military and energy purchases. This move ends months of trade negotiations and eliminates the possibility of a limited trade deal between the two nations.

Donald Trump has signed an Executive Order raising tariffs on Canadian goods from 25% to 35%, citing Canada’s failure to help curb the flow of fentanyl and retaliation against previous U.S. actions. Goods covered under the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement will remain exempt, allowing most Canadian exports to avoid the new tariff. Trump also imposed new tariffs on dozens of other countries while granting Mexico a 90-day extension on its current rates. When asked about Canada’s stance on recognizing a Palestinian state, Trump said it wasn’t a deal-breaker but confirmed no recent direct contact with Canadian officials.

Australia has decided to include YouTube in its upcoming social media ban for children under 16, reversing an earlier exemption for the platform. Under the new rules starting in December, minors can still watch YouTube videos but won't be allowed to create accounts or engage on the site. The government cited concerns about harmful content and predatory algorithms, despite YouTube's argument that it offers value and isn’t a social media platform. The move is drawing global attention, with countries like Norway adopting similar measures and the UK considering action.
